Can I get a ‘Treasured Memory Doll’ with a matching dress/shirt like the ‘Little Angels’ Doll?

Yes. Make your purchase and book your personalisation call through our shop. Head off and find that perfect ‘treasured item’ and we look forward to speaking with you to discuss personalising your doll and matching dress/shirt.

How do I get my treasured item to you?

Make your purchase and book your personalisation call through our shop. During our call we will give you the address to send your treasured item to.

We will get started on your doll and once your item arrives we will personalise the outfit.

Can I purchase more than one doll?

You may order as many as you like by adding the quantity against the size doll and outfit combination you would like in our shop. Book your personalisation phone call and we’ll be sure to match the outfits to the dolls you require.

What is your refund policy?

Every doll is specifically designed with you in mind and information is gathered at your personalisation phone call. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your specific purchase and we will require a signed confirmation before proceeding with your order.

Once your doll is complete and received we observe a no refund policy, unless product is damaged in transit.

A second doll will be made free of charge once the damaged doll is received back. (Please see our ‘damaged policy’ for clarification)
